They re did my stock RK seat for me. Have not had a real chance to get it broken in yet but so far, it's way better than it was. My hope is after a few hundred miles it'll be perfect. Time will tell.

As others have said ... it was pricey. I'm in Seattle and I sent mine in UPS ground through a hub and it was 57.00. I think they have some sort of deal cause they charged me 22 for shipping back to me but still. Almost 80 bucks in nothing but the shipping. Steep.

They did the stock seat on my Slim and it was the best thing I could have had done. Before I was only able to ride my bike for about 30 minutes, but now I can ride for hours.

They did my Slim S seat. It looked like it would be to thin and Id be sitting on the seat pan but its perfect. Much better then the Mustang solo I tried and got rid of. Worth every penny.

Default it depends

Depends on what you want to accomplish. This is what they say in their FAQ.

"It really depends on if you are wanting your sitting position changed. The Impact Gel works great if you are wanting to maintain your current riding position and the memory foam allows us to reshape the seat more to move your riding position around better so if your comfortable with your sitting position I would recommend the Impact Gel pads and if you want to change your riding position then one of the memory foam modifications."
