Ah one of them brims.....

They ok, but not for meh

I might go with BuckeyeHD has on his front lights.. them trim rings on T/S, Aux Lights and Headlamp but my T/S will be smoked lens(the trims rings come with their own smoked lens so don't be buying the separate ones thinking you will just get the trim) hehe

I had the dealer install the dexluxe kit and trim rings at the 1000 mile service...3 hours labor, but it was well worth it, because I would have probably screwed it all up, especially after reading vertigo's post!

I think the trim rings add a lot to the "fat" look......

Hey NC Pirate. Love the look you've got on your bike! Can you confirm the part number on your deluxe lighting kit? My acc book says 68669-05, but I don't want to get the wrong one if they have something new for the 07's. Also, which trim rings did you get?

Thanks,

Cam

Cam,

Thanks for the compliment on the bike...

Yes - the kit number I used is 68669-05, the deluxe aux kit. The headlight trim ring is number 69626-99, and I believe the passing light trim rings were 69622-99B....

Unfortunately I bought the 'Riders Kit'. I can't seem to find a part # for the windshield to see if it will work with the new lights. Anyone know? If not I'll see what the dealer has to say.

Cam,

I also got the rider's kit when I bought the bike. Mine came with what looks like the "Nostalgic" windshield in the book....If that's what yours looks like, then it will fit fine! I wasworried that I would have to do something else with the windshield once the lights were installed, but it all fits together nicely........
