Nice work Steve, looks real good.

I didn't go with the nacelle kit as I thought it was too expensive, but i did get the fat visor ring to go round the headlight.

It doesn't look as good as if I had the nacelle but it does fatten up the front end a bit. Trim ring took all of 30 secs to put on and was only $30 something. Pretty happy with it.

Here's a pic below....... had a great weekend, went to a major bike rally with my Mama, ........ she had the time of her life.... she's 76.

Demkay that was cool of you taking yer mom out for a ride way to go

Them beach bars make your bike look very long..stretched out, it looks unique with your set up. I think it looks good.

The trim visor rings are something I will think about, I can slap em on any old time, but will cost me 35 for the headlamp, 35 for the aux lights and another 35 for the T/S lamps
Sooo, I think ill wait on them I need to eat this whole month at least more than top ramin noodles (10cents a package)

Ya anything to fatten up a fattys front end is way cool

Ill post a updated picture tomorrow after I wash her...still not sure on bars/grips

Demkay...you removed the floorboard inserts....interesting. Also I have a set of front axle bolt covers that will fit if interested.

dugan...... yup, I have a set of narrow band billet something or other coming, that goes with the back brake. Not sure what it's called. Couldn't stand the rubber things.

& am waiting for some kuryakyn (spelling?) gladiator fancy *** chariot looking caps to come out in July.

Steve..... Yeah, had a top time with my Mom, was nice to get away to another island for a couple days. Went on a couple hundred mile ride, with breakfast, lunch and a sort of snacky dinner all thrown in. All the locations were right smack on the beach. Was the first major bike rally I went to, her too, ..... man, we had a great time.

Lol, stayed in this fancy hotel, and this huge bed didn't separate, so I got the couch. ....... bummer.

Was real nice,...... haven't really spent time with her in years.

Edit..//.....Oh, and thanks for the compliment, ......man, i just love those bars. whole bike is different now. Much better imo.

I think the nacelle looks really nice on a fatboy. I did one on my Deluxe......really changes the look of the bike!

Yup... Fat is where it's at.

What also makes the front end look Fat is a small rear; solo seat, no bags, relocate license plate, and no sissy bar.

I don't get it ...

I bought the passing light kit and it looked stupid on my bike. I've seenthem on ther Fatty's as and sometimes they look good, and sometimes they look out of place ( as they did on mine ). Wha gives? Is there any certain set up that "works" and one that doesn't? The kit I originall ordered ( and sent back ) was the kit from J&P. I think the whole she-bang was around $250.00 or so.

Any thoughts ??

I know it's probably hard to tell in that little pic, but i actually have a brim over my headlight. I think it looks pretty cool.

Here's bigger pic ....
