Fixed my wiring issue and cleared all my history today. all thats left ( after I tried to restart ) is the B2121 PN 69993-11A

J Bee = no check engine light comes on now. All buttons work on left and right side ( im assuming the start button works as it doesnt actually start the bike )

Checked the voltage ( there was a single red wire going to the side of my starter ) checked that to the negative side of my battery ... voltage is 0

at this point can i check any wires or are you all thinking BCM ?

 

Just to clarify...

You checked the voltage at the small red/black wire going to the starter solenoid, correct ?

love that book .. which one is that ? thats not in my repair manual ... after checking what i can check looks like the BCM is the issue ...

and after looking the current part # is 41000349A

now I have 2 more questions

1) i see some folks have 41000349A and some have 41000349 ... what is the difference?

2) where is the cheapest place i can find a new one of these ?

I don't know if those are the correct part numbers ( I don't have the parts catalog )... but you can always buy and download the parts catalog online for cheap... this is the part number: 99455-11A "2011 Harley Davidson Softail Models

ok .. for anyone that may have this issue in the future .. the last post was not it .. ( the dealership im SURE crushed those wires because it looked like plier marks .. but whatever

the problem was the BCM .. got it back today ( from a different dealership that was WAY better ) took em 5 mins to figure it out and boom problem fixed

SO .. moral of the story .. dont me a GD idiot like me and try to jump start your bike with a jump pack and fry your BCM .. it sucked .. STUPID ..anyway back to riding

 

have the same problem... I know, this is old thread, but maybe someone will help. code B2121: Starter Output Open. Softail Blackline 2012, when try to hit RUN -->headlight goes out, starter doesn't work. any idea?

 

Update to my problem. It was BCM problem

 

my2017 won't start ,cranks but won't start I hear the pump running but no fuel is coming out the tank I put an old hose on the tank just to see if it would push fuel but it don't can't really afford no shop with this craziness going on riding is the only thing that I can do to get back to feeling some kind of normalcy please help if you can
