I guess it depends on what you get for new wheels. If ya just change your stockers for chrome ones w/the same diameter, then you could just keep your ol meat and brake pads. But some people decide to go taller while theyre at it (17" to 19") which requires the tire change. Then if you get the chrome rotors, the kev. brake pads are dustless and keep the rotors lookin purty. But of course, that's if you throw all sensibility to the wind.

Man, keeping the brake pads are no place to try and save a few bucks.
Once you switch to Kevlar pads, you won't believe how much $hit and crap comes from the stock pads. Forget about he stopping benefits or how muchmore kindthe kevlar is on the rotors, it's all about the grunge that collects after just a few miles...
