Breakout license plate

Not sure about the law in Canada but the first and third options in the links would be illegal over here in the UK. The angle is too sharp and you may as well ride without a plate altogether. Basically if it can't be read by an ANPR camera you'd get pulled.
I fitted a side plate mount and bought a Drag Specialities third brake/stop/ running tail light and after market reflector to fill the void. A rear reflector on the centreline of the motorcycle is also a legal requirement over here.

I installed an LED light from Custom Dynamics that fits right under the rear fender, specific for the Breakout. Looks way better than stock,

Hello,
This is a relatively old thread but wanted to share what I ended up doing for my breakout. After looking at the Japanese and Australian solutions, I felt they were either too expensive ($500+ for the aussie kit) or not complete kit (the japanese kit did not have a way to relocate the turn signals). I needed both so that I could mount saddle bags.
I then found greatbikegear.com. Its an American company selling high quality accessories for motorcycles. The lic plate/turn signal relocation kit that they advertise on their site said that it works for only 2018 model and up. Looking at the kit and the pics and comparing the fender pics of pre-2018 and 2018 breakout models, it appeared that the kit should work on earlier models as well, not just 2018+. Here is a link to the 2018+ kit: https://www.greatbikegear.com/store/...reakout.html#/
I spoke to Bob (the owner/CEO) of the company and he was very helpful and expressed a desire to work on this together and adapt the kit for pre-2018 models.
Long story short, after some very small tweaks, I was able to successfully relocate both my turn signals as well as lic plate and it looks great! Please see the pics.
Bob is incorporating the small tweaks and is going to put out another kit next week that would work out of the box for all pre-2018 models.
I couldn't have been happier with the outcome as well as the customer service that Bob provided.
