Default Is it worth the money? Stage 1

I hear alot of different opinions about the Stage 1. First of all the stage 1 consists of changing the air cleaner, pipes (I have rush slip ons) and a download or PC111, race tuner etc... Is that correct? I have the slip ons and my bike runs fine but I would like a bit more power. Will changing the air filter and getting a download, PC etc.. really make a big difference in power? I have the money for the air filter and computer but I dont want to spend it on the air cleaner and stuff if it doesnt make a noticable difference. Dazed and confused.

I was wondering the same but I can tell you that I got it done this year and you can definitely notice a difference.....more pop on the acceleration. I am very happy that I did it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I did it and don't regret it one bit. A bit more power than stock. Just enough to make riding more enjoyable. Now I'm ready for Stage II.

A stage 1 is the biggest jump in hp for the money.

Yup! With Rush pipes and stage 1 intake, my Night Train is now faster than my Triumph.

Had it done to my bike before I picked up the bike when new. Put a Crane ignition on a day after I brought it home. IMO stock Harley's are tuned way down.
