Anyone have 18 inch or higher bars on a springer. I haven't been able to find anything over 16 in.

Have you looked at Wild 1 for 18's? It's been a while since I got my 16's from them but I think they had apes that were taller than 16.

 

Not too hard to find... Chrome Werks, Todds Cycles, Biker's Choice all have them available in different styles.
I'm 6-ft with 16" (actually 17") and can't imagine them taller - and still comfortable.
