Heres a pic of my heritage 07 with the bezels , I think it gives it a bit more tough look...

dude, you gotta go to hd Accessories, then softail, then Bags & Luggage, then Additional Storage, then Bingo..... It's not listed under search for 07 FatBoy for some reason. Got mine ages ago..... Part number... 64983-07. Only left side for the moment, no right side yet.
