ORIGINAL: Outsource

What are differences between the fatboy and a Softail Customor Standard? Is it just the front end and the floor boards?
There are differences, bars, boards, seat, front end. But for the most part, theey are very similar. same rake angle, same suspension geometery. It's whatever fits YOU the best. I have a Deluxe and love it.

If you want a bike that really rules, go with a Streetglide (j/k - here comes the flamming!) [8D]

I have a Heritage, my friend has a Fatboy. I agree that the visual attitude is a main difference, beginning with the rims on the Fatboy. Also, a standard Softail has the thinner front tire/wheel.

Fat Boys what? They are such a great looking bike that all the metric Cruisers try to look like them. But I gotta say The FXSTC Is by far the sweetest HD Ive owned out of my 3. Id Have a NT if I didnt have mine. The NThas its own persona and definatly is a Bad *** lookin Bike.

The front tire is the biggy. The handle bars and seat. Otherwise it's the same.
