Hi speed wobble

It does wobble with out batwing, just does it at a higher speed. I also installed 15wt screaming eagle fork oil still wobbles. I had lowered front end with burley spring kit but reinstalled stock spring thinking that it was the cause if wobble. Right now its back at stock height, still wobbles. Im running out of ideas. Also checked fallaway even tightened a little extra just in case it would help. Negative.

Almost anything out of whack can cause a wobble. Start checking everything from front to back. Wheel balance, wheel out if round/out if true, wheel bearings, rear axle alignment, swing arm bushing,etc... Might take a while, but just systematically go through everything.
