Need help please!
I have a 2012 Fat Boy Lo. A couple of days ago, I went to jump on my bike and go for a ride but it wouldn't start. When I turned on the ignition, the lights and displays in my odometer just flashed instead of staying on. Then I noticed the security light was staying on longer than normal. At first I thought the battery on my bike, I checked it and it was fully charged. I called one Harley dealership and they informed me to change the battery in my FOB's. I swapped both of them out and still no luck. I spoke to another dealership and they told me to check ground wires and ground straps. They all checked out good. Today, when I turn the ignition on, everything comes on like it should, but when I hit the run switch, everything starts blinking and the fuel pump does NOT kick on. Other than loading it up and taking it to a dealership, I'm hoping there is an answer out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the security module (TSSM) is acting up...
I'd disconnect the battery, check all the connections (+ & -), then reconnect the battery...
I've did that to my truck once, when having an electrical glitch. It let all the computers in my truck restart.
Not sure if it will work for a Harley ECM/TSSM, but worth the try...

Either get a new battery or put a meter on the ones you have, Yes make sure
they are in the correct way.
Without trying to start it - with the new battery in the FOB, just sit on the bike and stand it up off the kickstand. If security light start flashing then it FOB or TSSM. If you have 2 FOBS make sure to try both, if same results it's probably not the FOBs.
?? Hit the Run Switch?? Turn the ignition on, listen for the fuel pump, before you try the START button.
I noticed this was your 2nd post and you are a new member. Just to make sure - there is a Run/Kill switch and a Start/Ignition switch. Make sure the Run switch is in the correct position. It Happens and is easy to bump to the Off position.
