Cheers ..... I have looked at the Power Commander V as an option as it seems to have the capability for what I need

Give Jamie or Brian a call. A few minutes on the phone might help you out a bunch. They will take the time to help you out.

Hi, Wayne
As stated the 117 race kit, giving good results , guess with such a new bike you'll get a HD dealer to fit it?
MY choice would be HD heavy breather to suit 58mm TB in kit
Exhaust my fav is a supertrapp supermeg, performs well can adjust sound if required.

£250 street tuner is not the full cream SE pro tuner £420 but i would avoid
trouble i found could not get a real good dyno tuner here in UK, most do not like using it, spoiled a 107 build because of that !

Lost faith until i got a Dynojet Power vision they send a start map then can autotune it in, then i went to Dynojet HQ preston to get a final dyno tune.

Oh btw think Chester HD may have an August 20% discount, need to register/login to their online shop, should then see code.

Had my heart set on Shadetree Fabrications black 2 in to 1 retro fishtail or shark tail as it's similar in style to the exhaust fitted to the old WLA. Unfortunately STF said it wouldn't be suitable for my engine size.

Im running a D&D fatcat with the standard baffle. About the smallest I can go with this motor. Id like to run V&H but it would hurt my performance. Less selection when you get into the larger displacement motors.

Jamie didnt have a base map for my combo either so I had it dyno tuned. Runs like a top!

Am I right in thinking the Dynojet power vision would require the screen mounting on the bars? Would rather something that can fitted in a discreet position. Again never delved this deep into bike mods so not really up on the tech. The power commander v looks like I could install it under seat?

Yes mount to the bars , but only while using autotune then dyno, once bike is dialled in can be taken off as final map is sent to ecm.

PV can be used for multiple bikes extra licence is £158 for each bike, other tuners lock to ecm as well but thats it

Alex i mentioned does this for customers who use his motor build services so a cost effective route, as do some US tuning shops.

Yup. Dont need to have the PV on the bike unless doing some tuning or data logging.
