Master cylinder at an angle
#11
Your clutch MC is sitting at an angle, too. I didn't know HD went hydraulic on the clutches as well. If it's a worry or an issue, why didn't you choose some different bars?
I personally don't think it'll be a problem as long as the covers are tightened down to spec and your gaskets are in good shape. (too tight, tho, and your gasket will deform, and it WILL start leaking)

The hole should be above the membrane therefore the fluid should not be able to get to the vent holes. If you are getting leakage it could very well be from over tightening the MC cover, as my service manual calls for only 6-8 in/lbs of torque on the screws.
I want to say that hydraulic clutches have been on the touring models since 2012 and the dyna/softail series since 2014, but don't quote me on that.
