I've been running one for about a year now. No troubles.

I had one from FM and it burnt out. Took it to the dealer to ask them why. And they set the bike needed a ECM tweek for running LED's.
So I called FM and explained this to which they responded by sendin me a new one real quick.
During this process I found a company called Pathfinder that seels them as well and that one burnet out too.
Out of warranty tho and so I had a pay for a new one but will wait for install till after the fifth of July after I bring the bike back to the dealer and ask them why my bulbs keep burnin out.
Not something that happens to everyone. But does with my bike.

Yup, something odd going on there, Splat. I have not had one bit of trouble.

Just installed one from FM yesterday. Pretty easy even without directions. I didn't really care for not being able to reinstall the rubber boot.

Yes, but I will warn you after my recent frustration... The newer bikes look at every circuit for a certain load or they throw a code. Mine is a 2014 and I eventually had to run a wire straight to the battery to get my new LED passing lamps to work properly. I spoke to the folks at Custom Dynamics and was told my bulbs were not BCM compatible (I did not buy CD lights, but was asking them about the possibility of a load balancer or equalizer to make them work... No dice).

So, before you buy 4.5" lights, make sure they will work with your year bike!

Thanks for the link.
The newer bikes, 2010 and up, need a bulb that is CANBUS....don't know a lot about it other than it will communicate with the newer bikes computer.

Thanks. Now I'm wondering if it will fit in my tiny headlight bucket (stock).
