Sierras, headed to Monitor Pass.

 

Woke up at 5am, everyone was still sawing logs, temps in mid 60's so I went on a sunrise ride.

 

Xmas day putt around town yesterday. Got a few sprinkles. Temp was 75. Kinda nice just putting around, NO traffic! Here's a pic of the scooter next to our $60M high school stadium. Football is big in TX.

 

To the bar for lunch. The weather in TX has been unseasonably warm lol so trying to get out as much as I can.

 

Jealous of you all...too much gravel on the road here in PA due to the snow/ice.

Perfect day to ride, it made it to 78, Clear blue skies, unlimited visibility.
Rode the long way around to Cable airport via Mt Baldy for some aerobatics.
No need for the wind screen today.

 

That Extra 300 aerobatic plane is NOT mine, I do some flight instructing.

Last week was just as nice so I took a photo after swapping seats and rear bullet lenses. (15min job). I went back up the mountain for the "long way home". I can't decide which seat I like best. So Cal weather at its best.
