Default Slim backrest question?

So I have a '14 slim and I called Harley about getting the mountain hardware for a detachable backrest. They told me I have to buy a turn signal relocate kit to be able to mount the detachable backrest. Just curious if anyone else that has a slim has had to do this and what it consist of

When I first got my 13 Slim it was a demo and had the detachable hardware and relocated signals. Took all that off when I did the 200mm rear tire. If I can find all the parts and you want them I will give you a good deal. Already sold the sissy bar and pillion but I have all the signal and quick detach hardware somewhere...
