It's 18 * 1.5 mm.
Go to your local auto parts store and buy oil drain plugs in this size. Get some anti sieze too.

Why would you not be putting in the O2 sensors? Your 07 NT has two sensors does it not?

Thanks for this site XTrooper , ordered the stainless ones ... Cheers

I purchased a pair of zinc-plated plugs from this outfit. They also have stainless ones if that's what you prefer.

I'm not sure a home improvement store like Lowe's would have the proper size as it's pretty much a vehicle-specific size. If you want to buy locally, you'd be better off going to an auto parts store. The size/thread is 18mm x 1.5mm.

Simple, I plugged mine. I went to the neighborhood muffler shop and they gave me two plugs free. They use them all the time because all cars use them, and they're a standard size.

Just got in my new pipes for my 07 NT now I need to plug the O2 sensor holes...
Uh guys is there something thatI am missing? If you remove the 02 sensors, won't your check engine light be on all the time? Also, will this pass inspection? What is the benefit of taking the sensors out? Just giving my 2 cents.

The Power Commander for '07 models eliminate the use of the O2 sensors and replace them with sensor simulators that "fool" the ECM into thinking they are still there and working, so no DTCs are tripped.

To understand why DynoJet eliminates the O2 sensors, read the information found on this page-----> http://www.fuelmotousa.com/2007_harley_davidson.htm
