They have a kit for 16 and up on the web site. It's standard on the S model. I don't think it will work on a 13 because that was still cable.

 

You can do a throttle lock, but I think you need ride by wire throttle for electronic cruise control.

 

I got the Kuryakyn ISO grips with the throttle boss. Not a cruise control, but makes holding your speed much easier on your hand.

 

Cruise control is doable but if you can find the parts it will cost you north of $1000.

Is cruise control on a Cruiser worth a $1000?
To some apparently so, but for most like NDBadlands, a throttle lock is good enough.

 

I have electronic cruise on mine....to be honest...it's not much different than the throttle lock on my old bikes other than it maintains speed and slows down....but I don't keep it on for long periods of time.....I only use it when my hand gets numb to give it a break and get blood circulating again.....I guess if you got the $$$ anything is doable.....
