Default Saddlebags on an fxstc

Hey guys,

Before i order saddlebags...any suggestions on decent ones, and will i need to relocate my turn signals to install them? (08 fxstc) And should i get throw over saddlebags or ones that mount onto the bike? Ive never had saddlebags or installed them before. I was looking at some from a site called vikingbags.... just the standard large sized ones. Thanks for any suggestions.

Had soft bags on my 08 with quick disconnect then got a set of hard bags both work with stock turn signals

Those look good, whats the use of quick disconnect so you can take them off the bike so someone doesnt steal them?

Sometimes you want to ride with bags. Sometimes you don't.

Hey there,

You will need a turn signal relocation kit but most our bags come standard with it, you can use the coupon code HD15 for 15% off your purchase!

I'm planning to pick up a set of throw overs lined with lamb's wool from a guy selling them on Craigslist tomorrow morning. Installed the supports last night. Can't say that hard bags on my FXSTC would give me the look I want, personally.

I got a set with my fatboy...they're leather with hard plastic backing...pretty small but fit with the stock tail lights.

not quick disconnect though but there small enough I'm happy just leaving them. If I wanted to try larger hard bags I'd look for some swtichback take offs.
