I won't buy anything from Ness, I run the Avons. Had Kury ISO grips, but they fell apart.

I had Avons and Ness Fusion. I have pretty big hands, but the Fusions were too small diameter, making them uncomfortable for me. The Avons were just right. I only got rid of the Avons because bike got knocked over and the grip got scratched up.

I have the ISO grips with the throttle boss and they have been good for me anyway.

Check out grips by RSD (Roland Sands), thats all I will put on my bikes. Quality, comfort, and cool looking. I've had the tracker grips on my last 3 bikes and they are awesome. This last set the traction grips, I will have from now on. They have a cushion, tacky feel and are great.

i have these, close to stock for feel, not to bulky like ISO grips, but knurled rubber. never lose my grip with there. especially with me getting older i needed something i can hold, and my hands never cramp.

The Avon are a little more firm,
than PM Contour grips. Performance Machine more expensive than Avon.
No experience with Ness grips.

If you have smaller hands or prefer a smaller grip, the PM Contour grip with the Renthal rubber insert is more comfortable over long distance.

That's my personal experience.

I've got the ISO's too with the large throttle boss. I like them, but I like the Avons better for the texture.
