I think cutting the bars shorter to let the grips be next to the clamps would clean everything else up for you. Then we need to start getting rid of all of those cables.......

The problem with simply cutting the bars is that you need a gap for your hands to sit right with the levers. I totally agree on the cables, but running internal wouldn't work with my bar switching habit. Not that I actually change them all the time... but I could!

How does the switches go with clearance at full lock? No way and buttons can be switched from cables or anything? Once again good job

That was my initial concern too, so I double checked everything before ever making a cut. Absolutely no problems with cables/switches.
