Default Speaking of SAMSON Exhaust

I've done a lot of business with Samson Exhaust in the past 8 years. Bought 5 Exhaust sets from these guys. Had a couple of quality issues in the past, but overall a pretty good experience.............. UNTIL THIS WEEK!!!!!!

Bought a set of 36's for my Deluxe that I'm building, got around to doing the install monday evening and noticed the right heat shield has a ding in the top. No big deal, I will just give Samson a call and get another one on the way.

Well......... NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND. Called Tuesday AM, talked with a fella that seemed like he was moving his cubicle or maybe out for a Jog?... take your pick. He had little interest in speaking to me. So I've called for the last 4 days, just trying to get a Tracking number and to pay for it to be over-nighted.

Here it is Friday and still no tracking info, or hell even an estimated date of arrival.

Don't wanna put them on blast for **** POOR customer service, but I think they've taken enough of my money to do a better job than that.

CMON SAMSON. Get with it.

Last year I tried to buy a system from them. They sent it to me but they packed it wrong and it came all scratched up ( black exhaust), After several weeks and countless lies about shipping it out asap I gave up. My credit card refunded my charge and I bought another brand. Samson was so messed up they said they would send me a RGA package and Fed Ex back out to pick it all up and they never fought the charge back. Well that piece of crap exhaust is still in my garage a year later.

It seems the ticket is to go through a reseller and not directly through Samson.

Doesn't matter to consumers like yourself and I, if they keep doing this to people, we will take our money elsewhere. Hopefully when I speak with whoever is in charge monday, we can get it worked out.

*UPDATE*

Well, so I have spoke to Samson everyday since last Tuesday. Been trying to get them to send me a replacement right heat shield. Cause mine came with a ding in it.

Guess they are finally going to send me out a replacement, after me calling them for a week and going back and forth with them. Won't ever do business with them fellas again. Wish that I had gone with Sharktails this time.

I just ordered the chrome muffler support brackets from Samson. I searched for vendors online but only found one seller with a right one only. I couldn't find a left one. My only option was direct from Samson.

Fortunately, there's no rush and if the sale goes south I can get my money back from the credit card company and send my powder coated ones to the chromer.

Time will tell.

Well, I am in no position to complain or speak badly of Samson. My fishtails were put on back in 2012 before their move to Sturgis.

I ordered the Samson chrome muffler supports on 03 Apr 2016 and they were in my mailbox on 09 Apr 2016. Again, these were ordered directly from Samson.
