Those clamps pictured are the ones I used when I did mine. I buy a lot of stuff through Summit Racing for my drag race car. So here's another source for those clamps, as well as other hard to find items.

Even though they are a "Car Parts" place, I buy my oil filters for my bike through there.

The clamps you posted are zinc coated which work great but stainless last a lot longer especially if the bike sits for long periods of time where changes in temperature brings moisture in the tank.

With rubber hoses, a good tite ID fit best, hot water the hose end, silicone on connection. Slightly big hose will need a lot of crush on the clamp and will leak or loosen.
