Rocker B: MY ROCKER C MOD THREAD

Well, I had been thinking about it.......It's now ordered and shipped!!
....I also had to order a new clutch cable. The Magnum Shielding cable is defective and has a small/slow leak at the chrome fitting on the tranny end that eventually runs down and drips off the cable. They had me send them a pic and I'm hoping they will cover it under warranty and give me a credit...

I got the chrome rear master cylinder, and was waiting for the new clutch cable so I could do them at the same time.....it showed up today, so I should have them installed soon!!
Here's a couple pics from when I started the thread, and a few new ones....

So, I got around to switching out the leaking clutch cable, no problem, then I installed the new chrome rear master cylinder....that's where I ran into an issue, I got all done, took it for a test ride and when I got back the pads were smoking, and the rotor was burning hot. The brakes were engaged with the pedal up. Well, after trying several times bleeding and then flushing the brake line, then taking the calipers apart to try to figure out what the hell was wrong, I decided to take the new master cylinder apart and found the problem. The hole in the bottom of the reservoir had not been drilled all the way through, so the cylinder was able to push the fluid back to engage the brakes, but it couldn't come back, the pressure keeping the brakes on like I was pushing the pedal (It even had a sticker on it saying it was factory tested, ya right!!).. I drilled out the hole, put everything back together, and it seems to be working fine now.....but, a 1hr. job turned into a day and a half. LOL!!
Here's a pic, Ill take and post a few better ones tomorrow...

Thumbs up! Good work. But what a PITA. I think I wouldn't have figured that out! Neither would I've been able to solve it myself....
What about your rotor, did it suffer any decoloration due to the heat. I had my rear brake pads/pistons stuck once due to wrong lubricant that happened to burn up and block the pistons from moving. Result....my nice chrome rotor went all yellow.
