Default Clutch issue I think on breakout

Hey, can use a little help before i start ripping things back apart or doing any type of rework. I installed a new clutch cable on my breakout. I adjusted it to where there is about 1/8 of play in the lever and everything feels good when i squeeze it in. Has good tension and snaps right back when I let off. My issue is, when the bike is off(haven't tried while it is running) and in gear, when i squeeze the clutch in the bike will not roll freely. Feels as if the clutch is still engaged. Now may sound strange but I never tried to roll the bike before in gear with the clutch squeezed and I know some bikes can be harder then others to push while in gear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Did you adjust the clutch after replacing the cable?

Even when you swap the cable, you must reset the clutch...

I always re-adjust it when I have changed cables. Glad you chimed in, I was just about to get off my lazy backside and check out the manual for proper procedure.
