Default Cosmic Blue Pearl Fatboy FLSTF -No graphics

For anyone that's interested.. I recently had my 2011 fatboy painted cosmic blue pearl. The original color was yellow.

I had to buy the paint as a factory pack direct from PPG. It was a 3 stage paint (expensive too). However it was the only color I was pretty set on, but didn't like the stock graphics that came with the paint.

We also mocked up some pin striping, but in the end there was no color or combination that looked good. Some would look great, but then when you got into direct sunlight it just didn't work at all.. as a friend said some paints just don't lend themselves to pin striping.

I have a blacked out dyna so this is my chrome *****. Seems like non blacked out fatboys are a dying breed....

Man I like that color. I think with that bike and that color it looks great without graphics/striping but I also think because of that bike and that color it would look good with them too.

But I would think if I were going to do pin stripes on it, a thin silver and maybe a thinner red pin stripe would look good on it with that tank emblem.

Sweet! No striping or graphics needed in my opinion, that color carries the day all by itself and then some. Nice looking scoot man, clean and classy.

Didn't try red but tried silver.. just didn't look right IMHO.

Lookin real nice that. I do like a shiny fatboy even, more timeless in appearance. Ride safe and definitely keep it 'shiny side' up.
