1988 FLSTC...first year for the Heritage Classic (86-87 it was just the FLST).

The plate bracket is an ebay item(the $30 one with all the holes) that I Tig welded together and powdercoated rather than bolting together, and the light is the factory HD light and plate mount when you have the fender mounted plate. I used my angle grinder and trimmed it up so it sits flat on the other plate mount, so both plate mounts are there and it adds some thickness to it. I dig it and it looks factory.
