I have the Magnaflow Legacy on my Slim. I had set of the Ness Magnaflow Down Lows at first. There were issues with them. They were more on the quiet side. After all the issues I went with the Legacy. They have nice deep tone to them. But there is some decel pop.
I have been meaning to ask you this question for awhile. Why haven't you changed your exhaust from the V&H BR to something else? I value your opinion, but the V&H BR is what everyone has. I would have thought you would run something unique or is it because no matter how many people have it, the V&H BR is the pipe that looks the best on the Breakout.
Anyone using or know anyone using the Magnaflow Rockstar exhaust? How's the sound and performance?
We know of a few owners on here who have our systems and absolutely love them! With one of our full systems, you can expect gains throughout the powerband. We designed our exhausts to give the bike a nice, deep growl, while keeping the sound level manageable. The volume would be considered conservative compared to some of the other aftermarket systems out there. Our pipes would be a good option for you if you want a modified sound without having to wear earplugs when you ride.
Heres a quick clip of our Rockstar exhaust for ST:
I didn't even know Magnaflow made motorcycle exhausts.
We do!! We partnered with Arlen Ness when we first made our presence in the v-twin market, and have since expanded on that with our own Magnaflow line. We offer multiple systems for Dyna, Softtail, sportster and Touring Bikes. Every set of pipes will be offered in both black or chrome finish!
