Breakout struts will be to wide for a 200 tire setup. You would need inner struts off a 08+ soft ail with a 200 tire.

I know that's why I posted a 250/240 tire for the rear.

Im liking this pulley too. http://www.hdwheels.com/images/Pulle...0and%20Red.jpg
Already have a 23" sitting in the garage for the front I picked up off here for cheap to see how I like it

Couple updated pics..snow has finally melted and weather has been taking a turn for the better.
Had a chance to put a few miles on the new back tire. Handling wise, feels about the same as it did with the 150 on the back, little more effort to tip into the corners but it may be me being overly cautious with all the sand on the roads here still.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out.
Changed out the rear pulley and mirrors also in these pics.
I would like to say I'm done but I would only be lying to myself..

How much did you lower the front? What size fork tubes did you use and do you bottom out a lot?

Probably pulled about 3" out of the front, stock forks tubes, just the progressive drop ins. Rides great, I have never bottomed out once.

I am surprised you don't bottom out. I want to use the progressive mono tubes but not sure if I should use 22 inch fork tubes which come stock in the fatboy/delux or go with 20 inch tubes and lower my bike damn near the trees. Looking at your bike I like the way pulling 3 inches looks so I am guessing if I do 2 under tubes with fatboy 2 inch lower forks and cut the pvc to leave an inch I should be good. I just want to lake sure I bottom out before my fender hits the trees

The progressive springs are a lot stiffer than the stock linear springs, they don't compress nearly as much when you load them up..as they compress they increase resistance. There is nothing fancy about the pvc tubing in that kit..you could keep cutting until you get it where you want it, if you cut too much you're off to the hardware store for more pvc. Some preload adjusters may be the ticket too but hard to find for the 41mm tubes.

I've never come close to bottoming out with these springs. Granted..being low I keep an eye out for pot holes but even under extreme braking, not even close.

I've used black vinyl on my upper fork tubes and a thin strip of vinyl just on the underside of the lower tree..I think it probably makes it look lower than it is. I'm still on the stock kickstand too with no issues.

I won't be lowering the rear as much as you have. Think I will try the 4 inch lower mono tubes with 22 inch fork tubes. And lower my bike 3 inches and see where that leaves me. I think 2 inch shorter tubes will allow for just enough space to not crash my fender into the trees yet leave me enough play to ride nice at 3 inches lower. Looking your swing arm you are about 1.5-2 inches lower than me. I am only lowered 1 inch in the back and don't really want to go down any farther
