When I bought my used Deuce, it came with a HD windscreen. It was a detachable but not adjustable screen that cost the previous owner some $$. At 50-55mph it starts to flutter so bad, and creates such severe buffeting of my head, it's hard to focus. It is now hanging in the garage. It's hard to find a screen that takes the pressure off your torso for highway riding without creating other problems.
I get a little head vibration above 60mph, took it all the way up to 110mph and it didn't get any worse. Imo, it's totally tolerable and the worth the trade off.

That's so cool. It's neat to know that your bike already has a bit of a back story. Kinda adds to the character and mystique a little. I can guarantee you've probably got the only one in America right now.

It looks great, man! 'Looking forward to seeing you out on the streets on it.

That sounds excellent. My buffeting was not just a little, it makes your eyes flutter to the point where it's hard to focus.

Enjoy a beautiful bike.

I am having such a hard time settling on wich way to go with mine. Don't feel I need a bubble, because personally I don't think wind bothers me all that much. But just something like a visor that helped direct a bit of turbulence and improve aerodynamics would be nice.
Maybe something like this? http://4wheelonline.com/VTwin/nation...idson.215651.0
unfortunately, not for FL's

hope you love yours!

I'm in the same boat as you. I was considering the Memphis Shades Bullet Windscreen, and I still might get it. Take a look:

I like that and the Arlen Ness which is a two piece. Tough choice between the two, but I'd rather something even more descrete

Those are nicely shaped shields. When searching for small ones that I like,I would have got one several times but didn't care for the shading.I prefer the all clear less noticeable ones. I bought several National Cycle small shields and like them too. They do the job of keeping the worst wind and bugs off without being too ugly or looking like they don't belong.

Default Ride Yesteday

Will went for a ride and the windshield helped but it needs to be a little bigger. I am going to get the Del Rio. It is 2" bigger all around.
