Default New paint job or stick with the same paint job?

Well unfortunately I had a very small leak in my fuel line and had no idea until I walked into the garage this morning and saw the paint on my tank was destroyed. It needs a new paint job. Now, the question is do I stick with my original paint scheme or go in a different direction? What are your thoughts? I'll post a pic of the damage tomorrow.

My original paint job I did

I'd find some other paint that will hold up to fuel better. The prep work also plays a big factor in the job. Good luck.

You have an opportunity to change! Take your time and go in a different direction.

I like what you had, but it is winter. Let your creativity flow and see what new ideas you come up with. You have a couple months to get it all back together.

Thanks for your thoughts guys! I love the flat paint but I do not want something like that to happen again! I may go in a different direction, I'll keep you all posted. Thanks again!

Since you asked. Keep her black, the pin stripping is a real nice touch.
Loose the red rims, (they look gay) and the red decal on the side of the tank looks cheap.
Like I said, since you asked.
