Just got back from ridding in the rain. Didn't even have my full face helmet. Sucks. Think they got it on the wrong side of the helmet.

Sounds like grade school. Gotta conform, or people might make fun of you.

I don't worry, I just wouldn't wear it cause it's a dumb idea, right in the center of your eye's view. I hate it when my sunglasses are smugged so that I can't see, why would I want a spinning propeller obstructing my view and having water flying everywhere

I'll bet it doesn't work that great on fairing and windshield bikes though. Not enough wind in your face. If it was cheap i might keep it in the tour pak on long trips just in case of a big storm.

"Subdivisions"

Sprawling on the fringes of the city
Geometric order an insulated border
In between the bright lights
And the far unlit unknown
Growing up it all seems so one-sided
Opinions all provided, the future pre-decided
Detached and subdivided in the mass production zone
Nowhere is the dreamer or the misfit so alone
Subdivisions
In the high school halls
In the shopping malls
Conform or be cast out
Subdivisions
In the basement bars
In the backs of cars
Be cool or be cast out
Any escape might help to smooth
The unattractive truth
But the suburbs have no charms to soothe
The restless dreams of youth
Drawn like moths we drift into the city
The timeless old attraction
Cruising for the action lit up like a firefly
Just to feel the living night
Where some will sell their dreams for small desires
Or lose the race to rats get caught in ticking traps
And start to dream of somewhere to relax their restless flight
Somewhere out of a memory of lighted streets on quiet nights
Subdivisions
In the high school halls
In the shopping malls
Conform or be cast out
Subdivisions
In the basement bars
In the backs of cars
Be cool or be cast out
Any escape might help to smooth
The unattractive truth
But the suburbs have no charms to soothe
The restless dreams of youth

I'd like one with the propeller on top.

now that's funny

how about tiny windshield wipers

or even better, how about we all conform and just ride in cars, all the time..i'll pass

Didn't Neil Peart ride his BMW around for two years thoughout Canada in all kinds of weather while on break from touring with Rush. Bet you wouldn't catch him wearing this silly looking thing.

Thanks, all I can hear now is Alex Lifeson singing Subdivisons in the back of my head
