I brought it home Saturday and put a quick 50 miles on it. I'll be putting her away for a couple weeks until all the parts get here. I've owned six Fat Boys, my last being a 2005 nearly ten years ago. I've been wanting another Fat Boy for a long time and it looks as though my patience has been rewarded :-)

Thanks guys...
My Fat Boy is under wraps for the next couple weeks. I removed a couple parts to have coated and I'm waiting for the following parts...
Bassani Road Rage 2-1..
Dynojet Vision Tuner..
Leather Badlander seat..
14" KST Gloss Black Outlaw Bars..
And other then a few misc item's, I'll call this bad boy good!
After that I will focus on engine mods...
I'll continue to share my build as I go..
Ride safe all....

Man. I can't even imagine it with engine work. I'm really digging it as is. Slip-ons and a good tune. It's just all ***** through the torque curve.

I think HD has done a good job with the 110" motor, and with the bump in compression in this motor over the CVO motors, I think I may wake it up some with a good mid range cam. The last few bikes I've put together have been bagger's where I like to keep everything strong down low but with this Softail it will be fun to bring thing's up a little on the right! Hold on! :-)

Congratulations on the new bike. Just a great ride.

But, I'm really liking the Basset Hound in your avatar. Is that a Burnese Mountain Dog in your signature? Great choice of pups as well.
