Default Roadking bag issues on a Deluxe

I'm having an issue, I picked up some leather Roadking bags awhile back after seeing pics of them mounted on Deluxes an liked the look, I then ordered from amazon these mounting rails for FLH bags,
Amazon.com: FLH Touring Saddlebag Conversion Brackets for Harley Davidson Softail: Automotive Amazon.com: FLH Touring Saddlebag Conversion Brackets for Harley Davidson Softail: Automotive
The box says Cavalry on it so guess thats the maker, the mounts fit ok, no problems there but the bags don't, when I set them on the bar, the bottom is tilted in an I can't get the mounting holes to mate up due to the back edge hitting the signal lights on my Deluxe! I see plenty of pics of them mounted on Deluxes so what am I doing wrong ???? Any one had this problem an found the cure, thanks
Chris

I was able to get it mounted using a spacer behind the rear mount where it bolts onto the sissybar plate, but it sure tilts out at the top a lot, much more than I like, thinking about moving the bottom of the bag out some, it came with some rubber mounts for setting on the bar on bottom, just need to drill some small holes to pull the tit through. Here are some pics I took showing what I'm talking about.

Those don't look like stock blinkers for that bike? That might be your problem that is if you had the stock flat ones the bag might slip in behind them...

Every Duluxe I've seen has these style rear signals.

Try flipping the brackets around, I remember when I had this issue on my deluxe when I put hard bags on it..as stupid as it sounds I switched side and the damn things lined up better...and those brackets look live cycle vision brackets or a knock off.. here is there instructions you might have it already but here you go just in case..

DynaJ which brackets are you referring to? the main brackets can't be switched as they are all one piece unlike the cyclvision version.
