Copper looks good on that bike.. thumbs up from me.
As for bad mods, we all do mods and we change our minds afterwards, it is impossible for one to just go in one direction making all the right choices.
I think positive discussions are better in that regard and also understanding that our personal choices and tastes are just that .. personal..

Definitely a different look from stock. They will probably complement the paint color once they develop a patina (unless you plan on keeping them polished?).

Either way, you are not likely to see another bike like yours.

Thank you for sharing!

Guess it is only a useful post if you like what someone does to their bike?

If you're referring to the forum-generated statement "The Following User Says Thank You to ________ For This Useful Post", I agree that it could be better stated. Maybe it should be just a simple "The Following User Says Thank You." Not every post is "useful." But if you're referring to posts wherein someone expresses their dislike of a specific modification- I personnally believe silence is the best, and least offensive, practice. There are many modifications that I personnally don't appreciate, but I don't feel compelled to comment about them, unless I know of a potential hazard. Just my personal code of ethics.

Good post. I think the best policy is like the good old days. Do your mods, enjoy your bike, and don't bother with the Internet.

And you think you would be? You are a big reason these sites don't work. Brave wimps on the Internet. Go ride your bike.

Here is a couple pics of my Softail Slim S on my afternoon ride. I installed the Daymaker headlight and Mustang wide solo seat this morning and thought I'd giver her a run. I just hit 200 miles and something just clicked (literally) as I was riding back into town. Some of the louder engine noises just smoothed out. I'm not sure if those noises are common for new engines, but the motor noise is noticeably quieter now. It sounds great!

I have a set of Super Radius pipes coming on Monday. Will be a good week.

Looks Great DivineShark! Pipes look sharp with the chrome tips.
