That chrome fender strut rides/bears on a stationary bushing boss that is about 1 1/8 inch diameter. That bushing boss also acts as a wheel spacer. I slid the chrome fender strut off of the inner bushing and reinstalled the bushing as a wheel spacer and protected the bearing surface with a rubber hose. If you have your wheel off this is easier to visualize.

Ah...Got it. I have not yet taken my front wheel off so yeah, once I get in there it will be easier to figure out. You got me wanting to remove my front fender too.

I always fell like dissin the front fender, but then I think about all the crap that hits my mug now as it is and I get over it LOL

Dude, I didn't know they made a rake kit for the bones. Looks AWESOME, the lack of rake on the front end of the bones was the only thing that bothered me about the bike.

That is the way HD should have built it, what a difference.

I really dig what you did with the front sigs. You made your own brackets for that ?

Yes I made my own brackets (bent steel) to blend the signals in line with the controls.
