I went the same route as jefferies but dabbed a little clear rtv all the way around for the hell of it. They also fit pretty flush, so it's a nice smooth look.

 

Damn. Always a day late and a dollar short.

 

But you provided a much better visual.

if your talking HD grips,, My nostalgic grips came with a chrome end caps you just push on. just like the one in the second pic - No 3 -- that Larry posted...

 

Streamers are old fashion. Go with these...

 

No end caps with the Nostalgic grips I got from HD. I looked at what Larry posted, didn't appear they would fit the beveled Nostalgic ends but then again I don't have hands on. I know if you pull up the Nostalgic installation it shows no end caps nor anything to fit them. Although I appreciated what Bone Doc and Sunday come up with, I preferred the 1/2" plugs from lowes Jefferies found. The black nylon will blend right in with the black grips. Thnx for the input.
