This is a Harley fender called a street stalker. Harley sells them for $200 color matched to your bike....Takes a few weeks to get it from the factory.....Made out of heavy plastic.

 

In my opinion you already have the best looking front fender Harley makes.Shave all the crap off it and it looks even better
