I'm replacing the luggage rack & rear seat with the Motherwell luggage rack. What did any of u replace the old bolts that were holding the old luggage rack with? The old bolts r hex head & they don't look that nice. THANKS!

 

I didn't replace it but I'd get some Philips round headed screws and paint them black.
Or just get some black plastic plugs.

I like my Toro.

 

Go to the local hardware store and purchase some chrome headed bolts and washers. I got allen wrench heads for mine.

 

I cycled through 3 different things. 1. Button head (allen) bolts painted with nylon washers. 2. Nylon bolts (my fender is white and the nylon blended in). 3. Finally settled with what knees just suggested with nylon washers(musant scratch the fender). Reason being is that I reuse the stock rack when the wifey pad goes on and I use those bolts because they are already there and handy.
