Default Has any one installed a Drag Specialties Coil Cover

Just got a black Drag Specialties Smooth Coil Cover and was playing around with it in my apartment parking lot. do you have to take the coil off to install it? I took the bolt out of the bottom hoping to slide it on but it doesn't slide on.

EDIT
I bought this cover off ebay, it doesn't fit the blackline so they refunded my money
