Default Post pics of your Paughco 2 into 1 fishtail/sharkfin exhaust

I am thinking about putting together a Paughco 2 into 1 exhaust with fishtail or sharkfin for my Heritage. Anyone have one on their bike? Are you happy with the exhaust system? Post a pic and let me know what parts you used.

Paugcho 2in1 headpipe and old timey knock off fantail slip on.

Pipe is too restrictive. I still have to drill out the baffle.

Thanks. Do you think the non- muffler finned tail section would be the way to go? Your bike looks great!

If you can get one with out a baffle that's the way to go. You can always add one in from Drag specialties or other. I've just been working on too many other projects to fix mine.

I've got the Paughco 2 into 1 head pipe & fishtail muffler on my 06 Softail. Love the look & the sound. It's fairly quiet, which I like. Sounds like the Pans & Shovels I had back in the late 70's, when mufflers really muffled. Don't feel it's too restrictive for a stock motor, but anything more, probably yes. The head pipes do turn blue, so if that's important, make sure you get the heat shields. Myself, I like the blueing, again, just like the bikes we rode back in the 70's. I guess you can tell how old I am.

Also, have a set of shotgun pipes from Paughco on a 2000 Softail Springer. Good quality stuff for that nostalgic look.

Where did you get the flex tubing for the headpipes?

I have a Paughco set of fishtail slipons for my 02 Springer, and I don't think they are quite loud enough.

Thanks Tikiman, that flash paint job is fantastic!
