Damn nice EagleRay- That came out really good, everything looks quite balanced visually. I'm sure you must be stoked after all that work and planning.

I agree LADog, the chrome looks very well balanced. I'm not a chrome fan myself. I wouldn't lick it, but I'd damn sure ride it.

Very nice bike EagleRay

Yep, I'm quite happy with the result as-is. Took quite a while to get all the parts together....started in Nov last year and had all my parts ready only in Feb. But it guess it was worth all that effort.

And as we discussed earlier there was no need to be worried that getting rid of those black parts would unbalance the overall look. With all the chrome the paint job is even more pronounced, IMO.

Now I'm only waiting for the chromed oil tank and my custom derby and timer covers to be finished and then I would be close to "complete"

Thanks a lot!

I wouldn't want too many people licking my bike anyway.....on the other hand could save me quite some effort for cleaning....

I think your choice of paint job and the colors plays a very important role with pulling this off in a very good way. I could see this actually looking boring to bad on a plain paint scheme. but your paint sort of pulls it all in and one compliments the other, and the whole bike pops as a cohesive design. really going to be interesting to see the chrome oil tank on there.

Day-am! I don't even like the Breakout as a model, but you sure can make that bike sing a beautiful tune. Kudos!

Lol, anyone with a scotch brite pad approaching the bike will instantly suffer severe injuries
