Tried this Euro helmet and love it. Been wearing it several months now. It's also DOT approved but I bought it from an overseas vendor and it came without the DOT sticker.

I am VERY happy with my Gringo S. Tried a few 1/2 helmets, they are just not for me. Gringo S looks like the first model of Bell Star I had @ 1970. I think it looks more like the my old Bell star than the new Bell Bullitt.

Lots of "feature creep" on the new helmets, this Gringo S is perfect for me.
