DON'T buy anything that is not DOT/Snell approved! You can skimp on some parts, but not when it comes to your helmet and safety gear!

I'd look locally, try them on for proper and correct fit, and then buy it. JMHO

I have a nolan flip front helmet, i also have a shorty helmet for warm weather, My Nolan is the best helmet I have ever owned, its got the flip front so i can put it on easy over my glasses & dont have to take it off to drink something or eat something quickly, its not snell approved because Snell doesnt approve flip front or modular helmets, its DOT approved & its approved by the european equivalent of Snell. its also very well ventialted & is set up to add Nolans blue tooth modular, its fairly expensive at around $250, but cheaper than brain damage

I like the way it looks plus you get the goggles. $40 dollars for shipping? That sounds steep to me, its your coin, your choice.

I have a HD chrome half helmet that I usually wear. Also have an HJC modular for the cold and long days. The wife has a Fulmer mod.

Helmet looks cool for the retro look. I wear an HCI german style that is DOT for warm weather. I liked my full face Scorpion EX-400 (DOT And Snell approved) when I had my Ninja ZX-7R. It was comfy and the preice was right, so I gota black onefor colder weather.

yea I really like the way the retro helmets look. It was either get a used one off ebay that is probably beat the hell up, spend 300+ dollars on a davida helmet which look really awesome, or try this one.
