Default Experience with Shade Tree Fab exhaust?

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with shade tree fabrication exhaust systems? Some of there stuff looks pretty unique, but I'm wondering about the quality and performance...

Based on recent posts about them with other products I would look at other options. Just search shade tree and you will see what I am referring to.

This muffler http://www.jpcycles.com/product/450-035
Just add a chrome 2-1 head pipe (paugcho ) and some clamps and you have the same thing. And no hassles from a shyster.

Another link to many vintage style mufflers http://denniscorso.com/mufflers.htm

Assuming a jpcycles muffler of that type was bought, any idea of what we'd be looking at as far as performance?

Shadetree has a pretty bad reputation... just do a search. Too bad, they make some great looking products.

Im saying Shade Tree aside, if i was to purchase one of these exhausts mufflers… http://www.jpcycles.com/product/450-182?source=iPaper
Would i be too hopeful to wish that it would be an improvement over the stock exhaust in either sound or performance?

Tadpole, I would think so. I guess it would depend on what type of baffle it has and if its removable?

Check here http://denniscorso.com/
They should be able to tell you all the specs on that muffer, and provide you with the hardware to mount it.
