No love for the Heritage Softail?

Our bike from the Bassani catalog.
We had an '06 Sporty, you can see it in my sig picture, back in '11. We took a cruise up to Alaska and rented a Softail, It wasn't a Heritage, but the wife liked the ride so much she said I could go ahead and by a new bike so we got our '12 Heritage.
We both like the vintage look of the of the Studs and the Conchos and the over all look of the Heritage. The factory suspension sold us on the bike and after installing our SS air system the bike is now perfect.

Same here. Bought my first Heritage over this past weekend. Could not be happier with it.

I just rode 2000 miles which was probably 1400 miles of interstate. On highway days I had no problem going 80mph for over 400 miles and didn't notice any annoying vibration. The only thing that hurt was my tailbone after about 2 hours of riding, but a 10 minute break and walkabout fixed that each time.

Well, I have ridden tankful to tankful at 70 mph and never noticed any vibration and my Fatboy is 13 years old. Buddy of mine just traded his Roadking for a Heritage and loves it.

Yeah they are called trolls. They state opinion as fact and their experience as everyone experience. They never have any proof. Polaris uses the same type of counterbalance system on all their bikes and have gotten many awards for their tourers. I could post any number of Softail reviews by professional motorcycle reviewers and all say that the Softail is smooth and gas efficient at freeway speeds. I run 75mph in 5 th gear @ 2700 rpm and get around 40 plus mpg. There is a reason there are no Softail haters and why the Softail forum is so relax and that's because Softail owners love their rides.
