200 tire on 02 softail

200 tire on 02 softail
Hi every one I'm new on here and looking for some help. I own a 2002 softail and I want to switch out the skinny small tire with a 17"x6" rim with a 200 tire. The rim and tire I have is off a 2006 night train. So it has the 3/4" bearings. Where I need help is with the belt , pulleys and break caliper. Don't know what to use. I know I have to cut frame horns and change the fender out. Any info would be great. Thanks
