I have had the bar clamp adjusted by a very skilled mech.
It makes a big change in things, for the better.
If that doesn't do it, check the rear axle adjustment.
They had mine going down the road kind of sideways because of bad adjustment.

Loose the bolts under the tree that hold the risers, put your front tire in a wall corner, sit on the bike and push the bars straight, then tighten the bolts while still pushing on the bars, may need a helper for this. If it still looks crooked, try again but push the bars past straight and retighten.

THe problem is every time you saddle up you tourque the bars to the right. With the high risers it,s going to throw out the alignment just a little. you can straighten it out by turning the bars hardleft but it,s going to happen again after time. get used to it.

the general.. I see what you're saying. But I've purchased 7 new Harleys over the past 12 years, and this one is the first one where the alignment is noticeably off.
