Problems starting 2002 fatboy
Did a bar swap on a 2002 fatboy and now the bike will not start. The bike will turn over and crank but does not have spark. I replaced the cpk, checked all fuses and rechecked for spark and I have nothing. I pulled the plug going to the coil and from what I read when the ignition is on and I am not getting 12v there either. Anyone else have any ideas? I am stumped. BTW, this is a 2002 fatboy carbed bike.

Kill switch.. you'd be surprised how many times members come back and say that was the problem

Will the bike turnover if the killswitch is messed up?

Also, maybe you guys would know, there was a black tab that came out of the clam shell when I took the hand controls off. Where does that go?

Time to pull the tank and inspect all wires.

Yeah, that is where I am at. I pulled the tank...going to spend some time with my multimeter to see what I come up with.
